Not seeing all videos on my device

Why can I see my camera roll photos and videos on my PC, but not on my Android, iPhone or iPad?

Make sure your PC and your devices are all connected to the same network and signed in to the same RealTimes account; you should then be able to see your photos and videos across devices.
