Why am I getting a message that says "Unable to play content"?
There are a few reasons why this message might appear:
- If you just uploaded the file, it may still be transcoding--please wait a few minutes and then try playing it again.
- The file format may not be compatible with the device you're trying to play it on.
- The file may be copy-protected (DRM). RealPlayer cannot play DRM-restricted content.
