RealTimes is supported on most Android phones and tablets with an OS of 4.4 or higher (KitKat, Lollipop, and Marshmallow). It's also available on the Kindle Fire HD.

Android devices with an older OS can continue to use the app if it's already downloaded, but will no longer receive updates.

The RealTimes app is completely separate from the previous RealPlayer Android App.

To check the OS your Android device is using:

1. Open your device's Settings.

2. Tap on About Phone or About Device.

3. Tap Android Version to display OS information.

Note: Because each model of Android phone is different, videos may not render properly on some phones, and the app may not be compatible with every model that meets the system requirements.
