When I try to download RealTimes on my Android, the download gets partway through, then stops and gives a "parsing" error message. How can I complete the download?

This can happen if your Android device is low on storage space. To check your device's storage space, follow these steps:

1. On your device, go into Settings, then Apps.

2. Tap on Google Play Store and tap Storage then tap the button to Clear Cache.

3. Try downloading RealTimes again. If the download still won't complete, go back to Settings > Apps > Google Play tap Store and tap the Clear Data button.
