Device limit reached
Why am I getting an error message that says "You've reached your device limit" when I try to log in to RealTimes?
Free and Premium accounts can be logged in on up to 10 devices (not counting the website); Unlimited accounts can be logged in on up to 15 devices.
If you are seeing this message, it means you have reached this limit. You can deauthorize another device from your account, on the device you're currently using. Tap Manage Devices on the popup message that appears, or go to Account Settings > Devices. Click Deauthorize next to a device in the list. You should then be able to log in to your RealTimes account on your new device.
