I used RealTimes to share a video or Story on Facebook, and the playback quality is really poor compared to the original. How can I fix that?

Facebook recently released a new playback setting for videos that defaults to standard quality. If your video or Story is high-definition, it will not look as good using the default setting.

People who view the video will need to click the "HD" option that appears when they mouse over the bottom of the video. This will restart the playback in a higher-quality format that should make it appear as clear as the original.
