realplayer dvd burner
I was in the middle of burning and I received a message. I forgot what it said but it involved low memory. Then I tried everything that the trouble guide had shown. Now it does not go past this message: "Realplayer could not locate a cd burner on your computer". The burner has not been changed or altered or opened. The computer has not been dropped.
Thank you, Andy

First make sure you have enough space to burn a DVD.
You will need to make at least 4 GB of hard drive space available on drive ''C'' to burn a DVD. For a full 80-minute DVD, you should have at least 6 GB of free hard drive space. Otherwise, there will not be enough space for the temporary files required for DVD burning.
Then follow the instructions from the link below:

If the issue persists, please re-install RealPlayer as described here: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013-Uninstall-and-reinstall-RealPlayer-on-Windows

Have tried to burn a DVD and I keep getting an error message. Something to do with Audio stream. Don't care about the audio.

My real player says at the bottom dvd burner disabled and it will go through the burning process for about a minute and 20 seconds and then automatically close
