Lost music and playlist, and stop taking money from my bank
Well since you won't call me! maybe you can tell me where my cloud went to and how I can put all my music back into it from my saved music in documents and music folder, and PLEASE STOP automatically taking money from my bank every year, if I want to stay with RealPlayer I will send you the money, you all don't have permissions to take money from my bank anymore I would like to know were my Real Player plus cloud went to, and how to put all 9000 songs and videos back in it, and btw I don't want my pictures saved there!

Cloud videos - We have checked your account and we see that you have used 15.57 GB out of 25GB of Cloud space you have. It appears that you have signed in using Facebook. Therefore, you will need to sign out and sign in using the Facebook icon in the sign in page.
