realplayer has become useless

Cannot download a video from anywhere. All I  get is "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD".    What is the problem?     $10.00 a month is too much to pay for nothing.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  Also, do you have any firewall programs installed? You will need to "allow" RealDownloader in the firewall.
