Old Problem Reappears

Get error msg trying to burn DVD.

  RealPlayer burn system not initialized. System error.

 

Last time this happen Support had be uninstall/reinstall.  Problem disappeared. I uninstalled/reinstalled. Problem still occurs.

  Burn now working. Why might have happened? Will this happen every time RP gets updated?
