unable to access real player

Real  player will boot up but i keep getting a message that says i am not signed in. My name is not in the sign in block,then it tells me to shutdown the computer and restart but i stil get the same message when i restart again.Also some time it will connect ok and my name will be in the sign in box but this very infrequent maybe once a month.
