I PURCHASED IT AND GOT A NEW COMPUTER AND NOW MY FEATURES ARE NOY WORKING MY VIDEOS ARE NOT IN THE LIBRARY AND I CANT BURN CD'S OR ANYTHING WHEN I CLICK ON ALL MEDIA THERE'S NOTHING THERE HELLLLLLLLLLP

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  If you changed computers recently, your videos are probably stored in that computer. You will need to manually transfer those videos over to your new computer where you have installed RealPlayer. 

  If you have not changed computers, you can follow the instructions from the below link to scan for videos, music and photos to be added to your RealPlayer library.

  David,

  You will need RealPlayer Plus to play DVD. Playback of DVDs is a paid feature. We see your account under your gmail address is a free account. If you paid for RealPlayer Plus with a different email address, please sign into RealPlayer with that email address to activate your Plus features.
