How do I enable cookies?

Cookies are text files that are kept by Internet Explorer and are used for logging in to web sites. If you turn off the cookies for RealPlayer or Internet Explorer, your services and premium player features will be disabled. Please see the RealNetworks cookies page for more information.

To enable cookies in RealPlayer:

1. Open the application.
2. Click the application logo in the upper left corner of the screen, then select Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
3. In the Category pane under Connection, click Internet.
4. Ensure that the Enable RealPlayer Cookies check box is selected.
5. Click OK.
