I created a playlist in RealPlayer and synced it to my portable device, but it doesn't show up there! How can I copy the playlist over to my device?

In earlier versions of RealPlayer, there is a known issue where copying a playlist to some smart phones will transfer the songs in the playlist, but the playlist itself will not show up on the device. Although the playlist is copied, the media player on the device doesn't see it.

Additionally, playlists created on some Android devices are not visible to RealPlayer. These devices store playlists in a location that is not accessible from a computer, so RealPlayer is unable to import or update them. We apologize for this inconvenience.
