I accidentally deactivated my RealTimes or RealPlayer Cloud account. How can I reactivate it?
If you did not have any files uploaded to RealCloud, the quickest solution is to create a new account using the same email address and either the same password or a different one. Just click here: https://realtimes.real.com/account#create
However, it is also possible for us to reinstate your previous account. However, please note: Uploaded content is typically deleted within 24 hours of deactivation, so we cannot guarantee that your files are still in RealCloud if you deactivated your account. Please contact customer support.
