Why am I unable to change my subscription plan?

If you have a Premium or Unlimited RealTimes subscription, our system does not currently allow you to switch to the other plan while you have an active subscription. Please cancel your current subscription; then, once it has expired, you can go back into My Account and subscribe to the other plan. We apologize for this inconvenience.
