PC videos don't show up on my devices
Why can't my mobile device see the videos on my PC, when both are on the same network and signed into the same RealTimes account?
In RealTimes, in order to see photos and videos from your PC or other devices on your Android or iPhone/iPad, you need to connect them. Here's how:
1. In the mobile app, under Photos & Videos select Connect Device...
2. Your phone or tablet will then scan for other devices on the same network.
Note: We are aware that some Android devices currently cannot connect to a PC on the same network and account; we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Also, in the app, go to Settings > Network and make sure that "Enable network sharing" is turned ON.
