How do I view videos and photos that are on other devices and PCs using my iPhone or iPad?
Make sure that:
- Your iPhone or iPad is logged into your RealTimes account.
- The other device or PC is logged into the same RealTimes account.
- Both devices are on the same wireless network.
- You have turned on Network Sharing in your iOS app (Settings > Network > Enable Network sharing). If the other device or PC still does not appear, in the app, under Photos & Videos select Connect Device...
You should then be able to see the other device listed as an option (beneath RealCloud and This Phone). Tap the device name and then tap a video to play it.
