Cloud content does not appear on iPhone or iPad

I just updated to RealTimes and when I log in, nothing is in my Cloud that was there before I updated. How can I see my Cloud videos on my iPhone or iPad?

Go to your iPhone or iPad Settings > Privacy > Photos and allow access to RealTimes (make sure the button is green/on). You may also need to sign out of the RealTimes app and sign back in. This should allow your photos and videos, both those stored locally and those in the Cloud, to appear in the app.
