The Search function in the PC desktop player makes it easy to find specific audio and video media from your Library. First, be sure to select the media type on the left (Photos and Videos, or Music; the default is Recent Activity, which may yield no results for your search).

To search for media:

1. Enter a search term or terms in the box on the upper right. When entering multiple search terms, separate words with spaces only. Do not use commas. Search terms are not case sensitive.
2. Click or press [ENTER] to start the search.
3. The search results appear in the Library Display area. You can filter and sort them using any of the Library controls.

Note: your Library will show only search results until you click Exit Search.

Good to know:

Search includes information that may not be immediately visible, such as file name and folder name.
