I keep seeing a window from RealPlayer that is blocking RealPlayer's volume control and other functions. How can I make it go away?

To close the pop-up message or advertisement blocking the bottom right corner of your RealPlayer:

1. Right-click on the message. 
2. Select Album Info. 
3. Click Hide.
