I can't seem to upload certain file types (FLV, MP4, AVI) to my RealCloud storage, even though other files work fine. Why won't these files upload?

Some file formats such as MP4, FLV, and AVI may have embedded audio and video codecs that are not compatible with RealTimes.

Use RealTimes Converter on your PC to convert the file to MP4 again. This will ensure that RealTimes embeds the new MP4 file with audio and video codecs that are compatible with RealTimes.

When you upload the newly converted file, the upload should complete successfully.
