I set a start and end time for a scene in my Story, and now I can't change it.

This is an issue with videos stored only in RealCloud.

To work around this problem, you will need to download the videos you would like to edit and recreate the Story. Follow these steps:

1. Play the story.
2. Move your mouse over the window and click (Save your Story) on the top-right.
3. Choose Create Album. Enter a name you will remember.
4. Close the Story.
5. In RealPlayer, click Albums.
6. Find the Album you created, and double-click to open it.
7. Select the videos you would like to edit.
8. Right-click and select Download. Wait for the download to complete.
9. Select all the content in the Album.
10. In the taskbar at the bottom of RealPlayer, click Create Story.
