Asked to sign in every time RealPlayer starts on PC
I purchased RealPlayer Plus and have to sign in every time I start the application or try to use a premium feature. Why is that?
Repeated sign-in requests can occur if you installed on a drive other than your C: drive. To prevent this, uninstall and reinstall it on your C: drive; it will then set a cookie when you first sign in and will keep you signed in even when you close and re-open the player.
